Frimley Tennis Club is run and organised by volunteers with a committee structure. All officials and officers of the club strive to ensure that club is a place where all members can enjoy the facilities, the interaction with other members and enjoy playing tennis in a safe and secure environment.
The club has rules that help govern conduct and behaviour which all members are to follow. There are also a set of important policies and procedures that the club has in place to ensure it is in line with LTA policy and is compliant with current regulations and good practice in the interests of all its members.
Importantly, the policies not only cover the social issues that can arise but also provide the signposts tor the guidance and procedures to follow when and if there are social, welfare and disciplinary issues to be addressed.
All members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the key tenets of the Safeguarding and Welfare policies that follow. Abiding by these policies will help ensure the club remains a safe and secure environment for all members to socialise and enjoy their tennis.
The club’s Welfare Officer is Alana Samuels, email welfare@frimleytennisclub.org, tel 07760 820726
